After you install the Launcher and you open it up it should present you with the option to first login or create a new account, is that what it's showing you first?

Well done. Player figures out a hack job to fix the problem. Why am I seeing a pattern in SE (lack of) customer support?
SE should just set up all support tickets to automatically post to this forum because this is where people end up when customer support inevitably can't help them.
