When you click activate it tells you to enter in your cd key again. So i did so and it says this key is already in use.

And what happens if you choose cancel instead of putting in cd key?

Lets try on your PC. go to My Document > My Game > FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn > FFXIV_BOOT ( Open as Notepad )

After you install the Launcher and you open it up it should present you with the option to first login or create a new account, is that what it's showing you first?

Well done. Player figures out a hack job to fix the problem. Why am I seeing a pattern in SE (lack of) customer support?

SE should just set up all support tickets to automatically post to this forum because this is where people end up when customer support inevitably can't help them.

Never Mind, I used JunnOhlala's method and worked perfectly.
