Ye of Little Faith NPC Astidien Bugged

I'm on Gilgamesh... Trying to talk to NPC Astidien for the quest Ye of Little Faith does not work. Nothing happens when clicking on him. Cannot progress the story quest. Bunch of other people around him with the same problem.

Confirmed. I hope this is fixed soon because it blocks the progression of the story. There's no way to abandon and re-accept the quest. Logging out and back in does not fix this.
