error 1016 and nothing put character name showing up when go to log in

error 1016 and nothing put character name showing up when go to log in. when i get to the character selection screen my characters name is there put no info or character shows up when i click on the character to log in it starts loading then pops up with error 1016! please help

i have re installed the game nothing happens character still does not show up still getting error code 1016 when i click on name to log in. please help i have called SE and did everything i was told to do and it still does not work.

still unable to log in? every time i try to log in i get 1016 which normal is error if whole world goes down but in the case just my character
