Hey Valmar, just a curious question for you. What are the meaning of Low/Medium/High in the Recruitment Status section of your website? Does "Low" mean you are low on that class and need it? Or does "Low" mean recruiting of that class is low as you already have plenty of them?

Low/medium/high refers to the needs of them.
i.e. high - Paladin = In high need for paladins.

low - summoner = Not actively seeking

Just because we're not "actively seeking" a certain class at a given time doesn't mean you should not apply! We're always happy to take on new members, we just need certain classes at this time for raiding or crafting reasons.
