Gear needs to be clearly differentiated in what it's restrictions are:

- Plate armor - requires STR to wear
- Mage armor - requires MND or INT

Restricting armor by your chosen weapon makes no sense at all
Maybe they will restrict it with the Job System so BLM only gear and so on.
