Please help! Abandoned Relic Reborn quest on accident!

I just now accidentally abandoned my Relic Reborn quest, of which I was on the last step of defeating Titan Hard Mode.

I was clearing out unwanted quests from my log to clear it up, and bam, I abandoned it by pure accident. Please tell me there is something SE can do to restore my progress. I really do not want to spend all that gil and put in all that time and effort again for a silly mistake. I took a screenshot the moment I realized what I had done.

I had a similar issue today. I clicked on the NPC for Hydra by Halatali and for some reason my quest got abandoned. Not sure what happened exactly but when I went back to Gerolt to get the quest back he wanted me to start the entire chain over again. After over 100k gil and several hours of grinding out mats and progressing in the chain I think it would be nice if we could get reset to the point before the quest was lost. I also took a screenshot of when I entered the instance in chat and the next line saying quest abandoned. Also have timeline if that helps with a character reset.

Still have the Unfinished Thyrus equipped. Hopefully the entire chain gets fixed to where each turn in is a separate quest instead of one long chain that can be lost in an instant for anyone else.
