Dungeon issue?

This must be a bug, I'm not really sure, and I had no idea if it happened to just me or what. When I'm in any dungeon, Haukke Manor, The Stone Vigil, Brayflox etc about halfway through at least 2 of my party members will get stuck somewhere in the zone and just won't move, when they actually are I just can't see or target them, also mobs will start appearing in different places to me compared to the others.
If this makes sense is anyone else having anything like this?

I have same bug. It happens in 90% of dungeons I've been in. Try logging or doing /return, it will help. I have yet to hear of what the cause is or how to fix it

I have no idea why it's doing this, hopefully they'll fix it when they sort out the mobs in the FATE's that can rarely be seen. Do they even know it's an issue?

Well my complaint was sent to the duplicate folder so I never got a response. I found the initial complaint in "accepted bugs" but there was no information on what causes it or how to fix it :/
