In a Titan Spot does not complete when clicking complete

On the quest In a Titan Spot i clicked on the aetheryte to attue to it and the popup with complete or cancel appeared. I was then attacked by a mob that had spawned while i was channeling the clicking of the aetheryte. This made the popup dissapear before i could click it.

After killing the mob and trying again I get the popup again and click complete. I then get the QUEST COMPLETED text on the center of my screen and it says the Navel (hard) has been added to duty finde, BUT the quest does not get removed from my journal, the navel hard is not in my duty finder and the grand company seals are not added to my total.

I can repeat it over and over to the same effect of no change. I tried logging out and you cannot abandon the quest to reset it.

This has completely stopped my progression on my main job.

Having same issue. I have tried logging out for 2 hours, no dice. I can continually repeat "completion" of the quest and my screen even says "The Navel (HARD HARDMODE)" unlocked in duty finder, but the duty finder never updates and I still have the quest to attune to the aetheryte. Anyone get an answer to this issue?

Might wanna try using their template. Hard for them to fix it when they aren't sure what server you were on, when it happened, etc.

The cause I've usually seen for this type of thing is that your inventory is full. Have you tried clearing a spot and trying again?
