Steps:
1. Complete a dungeon (Amdapor Keep, usually) using Duty Finder and be the party leader.
2. Once everyone has exited through the exit portal, you will be prompted to replenish members.
3. Do so, and watch as people flood in only to be annoyed that they will not get any tomestones. They will then have to requeue, losing their spot. Even if they do not "Commence", since you can see the dungeon is "3/4 complete", they will still have the "Withdraw" and lose their place.
