Cannot Delete Event Items

I mistakenly purchased the Solar Summer Top and the Solar Summer Trunks, and since they are Male character only, I cannot use them. My problem is that I can not sell them back to the event vendor, or any vendor, nor can I delete them out of my inventory. So, they are just stuck in either my inventory or armory permanently. Can someone please help me get rid of these items? I just want them deleted and the space freed up. Thank you!

Go to your Inn and view your chest there. You can deposit any special event gear in there to free up inventory space

I have a similar problem right now. I bought copies of everything, but got two extras that I can't get rid of.

Items Stuck: Green Summer Top and Red Summer Top
In-Game Ticket:

During this summer event, I accidentally purchased an extra set of some Cascadier
gear. I've been trying to discard the extras, but now I've got one I can't discard. I can't put it in my armiore because I already have one there, and it won't let me discard it.

It is taking up an inventory slot and I can't get rid of it. I've moved it to the last slot in y my inventory for now, but it would be nice to be able to get rid of it.

I bought the Halter and obviously I can wear that... *hehe*... and yeah wish I can flick it off for quick gils :-( I hope after the event finished, we can sell it off...

Or at the very least, the ability to destroy item.

accidently bought 2 halters .. i put one in the inn.. but wanna get rid of the other , it be nice if there's a delete option for AF and event stuff , or anything for that matter

Having the same issue here. Can't delete Solar Summer Trunks.

In fact, it's any of the event items that only required 3 Ash to be purchased that can't be deleted. You can discard any of the ones that required 15 Ash.

This is still an issue.

This issue needs to be patched. it's bizarre that some of these seasonal items can be stored in the armorie while others can't, nor be destroyed. Get it together SE.
