Can someone Help! my problem cant be solve

hello, i'm rarely post thing in this forum , how my problem started when they charge us, i tried to pay via my visa i got error 401/601 i have no idea why but im sure i have everything right, cuze i was using same visa in version1. i tried to used other payments ways too like Ultimatepay , CashU , Ultimate gamecard, Paypal... i used my friends Visa .. nothing all i got Nothing still have same Problem im tired of this i want my character Back , i contact with SE support and i know some did same but when i got my turn to explain my problem the call already canceled !!! seems like everyone have same my problem but why SE try to evade us, i read some post some got same issue and have way to solve it, i tried everything they said, i cant handle this i dont know how to solve this can someone please help me with that what should i do any idea, should i gave up and forgot to play this game!

Error 401 means your financial institution declined the payment. Error 601 is a networking error. Are you trying to pay over a company network? You can try paying over another network.

If you continue trying to make payment despite these errors SE will lock out your account.

my visa have no problem and i did i change the network still have same problem.
