They just cannot instantly ban someone, a lot of digging has to be done, evidence must be gathered.Sry but i think SE gives a fuck about those hackers.....
I Reported a guy on Cerberus a few days ago and some other guys did it too (like 10 maybe). 5 days after i reported him i saw him again at the same spot, teleporting again from mob to mob..... Got very disappointed after i saw this.
Btw i tryed to trade with him, but he could still teleport away and farm.

Yeah, why dont people get this. Anyways when October hits most of them will be gone anyways. They are still here because there is still free time for them. If most of them are still here after october it means that people have been buying gil and that means alot of banning could happen.
Macroing is using commands that SE allows us to use that are in the game.
Third party programs are clearly not allowed as per the rules players agree.
As for underground bots if you follow them through all spots of the area they usually can't hide in all of them.
The issue with RWT or RMT is that what could be RWT could just simply be a loan, I've seen people asking to loan 1m gil from there clan mates etc just to help them boost crafting enough to make some profit then they repay.Yeah, why dont people get this. They cannot just look at logs and be like "Oh he received 1m gil from x.. Must be a RWTer." This is why RWTing is normally the hardest to ban from, because there is sites out there that allow you to loan a certain amount of money etc, much like a bank.
