    Bugged Francel

    I am working on the story quests, and after doing the Observatorium quests it sends you to a guy named Francel. Except... he won't talk to me, no matter what I do. Right-clicking him brings up no quest prompts, nor does he say anything whatsoever to me. I tried logging out and back in, to see if that would reset his AI for me, but it was to no avail.

    From observing the Coerthas shouts, there are a lot of other players also affected by this bug, and there have been for several days. Can it be addressed soon? Please?

    Seems to be all of Ultros. Has been like this for a couple of days now.
    Really annoying me as i can't progress.
