Pretty much when you reach lvl 50 but now that lvling is over you have all those things afterwards to do.

End game is that mystical section of an MMO where the player has reached the end of the main story up to that point and has nothing to do but repeat the highest level content available until the next level cap raise and quest expansion is added, thus making everything they strive to master outdated by creating a "new" end game. It's a neverending cycle and nothing but subjective since you can define "end game" as ANYTHING you do post-story.
