Looking for a certain type of FC, and friends. Please read!

Hello I'm looking for a FC and can't seem to find one that fits me. I guess I'm in the minority here.

Basically, I don't like to fate grind to 50 on my jobs. I for the most part grind dungeons, leveling a lot of classes up. My issue is I can't seem to meet people or make friends in this game because everyone wants to just fate grind instead of team play, which is what the game is all about for me.

I value good players who show they are atleast trying to improve when they screw up. I'm sick of playing with duty finder randoms. Seriously. I have met a lot of good players this way, but they're not on Exodus..

I do have a lot of interest in endgame, however. I would just like to have some fun leveling up and helping others and making friends. Not fate grind to 50 and join the most progressed endgame FC I could.

Does a FC like this exist?.. or is everyone just 100% fate grind to 50 and do endgame? Dungeon grinding with friends can be so much fun..

My main is 49 WHM as of posting, leveling 95% on dungeons/main quests. Also working on getting monk and paladin up so I can fit any role for my dungeon groups.

Someone point me in the right direction if you know of a FC that fits my needs Thank you.

I'm trying to create an FC just like that.
We're shorthanded atm so if you're interested in joining and helping getting things going we could definitely use it. We're trying to create an FC that's about all aspects of the game instead of just the boring grind to the cap and getting the best gear. Crafting, trying different classes, collecting gear and making gil, player housing, helping new players, ect. are what I want to focus on. Xp and gear will come but there's way more to do than just that.

Our FC Sephiroths Army is looking for decent mature members while currently we have a good number of 50 players we have several people who have 4+ classes they are leveling a few that are activly leveling ALL battle classes and most of them are dead tired of fates. Making the vast majority of them into dungeon runners. While we may not have enough on alt jobs at all times there are always a few on atleast enough to only get one through the DF.
