Harassment and bots

I was in a Stone Vigil in a Duty Finder group I was called a bot and got reported by the healer and tank to this day I dont know what I did to make them think I was a bot lol.

On the topic of botting... The other night, I was in a Titan (hard) group with a Monk and a Dragoon. We had requested people who only knew the fight, and I personally had tried it with the Monk a few times so I knew he was experienced. In the fight, the dragoon only switched targets when the monk switched targets. As in, they'd both ignore rocks and then the monk would come over to break someone out and the dragoon would follow right after. Throughout the entire fight, it looked like they were following each other. The monk was dodging fine, but the dragoon kept getting hit by easily avoidable stuff. Some of our party was in voice chat (we're in the same LS) and we were convinced the guy was dualboxing or something like that because of how they were moving and the dragoon wasn't avoiding... but we didn't toss around accusations. We eventually found out that the dragoon didn't know the fight at all and was actually the monk's brother in real life -- which is why he was 'following' the monk around the whole time. It's better to figure out what's really going on that to jump to conclusions...

This is what happens when you let botters run rampant instead of doing something about it. People are annoyed and frustrated and will see botters everywhere, hence people are getting falsely accused. RMTs/botters are a cancer to the game.

It's pretty damn weird that three weeks has passed and SE still hasn't done anything about the "teleport hack". It should've been fixed day one.

If someone else is farming for the item, I don't think it will work though. I think to get the item, one has to be the first to claim it, a.k.a. red name. Not sure though.

You're right. Only exp & quest items are shared. Whetever else drops goes to the person that tagged it.
