Connection issue?? delayed lag?

I reset my router and modem last night while having lag spikes constantly through Haukke Manor. The reset didn't seem to do anything. From what I've been reading on the forums, the problem is consistant regardless of ISP, World Server, or Physical Location. That points a problem with the servers themselves.
