    Connection issue?? delayed lag?

    I am having a issue in game, where it looks like i am getting disconnected but i am still in game, i can move type, other people move, fight etc,

    But when i cast, it casts but the skills don't work, if i carry on moving, then re log i go back to where i disconnected, some 1 in game said it is a temporary slowed connection,

    Any idea how to fix this? i have turned down my firewall, disabled my virus checker and now lowered my graphics, and it is still happening,

    My isp is BT, any information on this would be appreciated

    Im getting the same problem and its getting to the point where its lagging out my wireless connection...

    When it happens i have even just left the game run, and i don't get disconnected i just cant do anything, obviously i can move but that it, if i get attacked my health goes down and i just have to stand there n die cos no matter how far i run i still get hit

    You're expecting a solution from the same people that placed the EUROPEAN servers in CANADA. I doubt whatever they did wrong can be fixed anytime soon...

    You: well, over a week ago, I did follow this route and received what I presume was an automated respose, directing me toward the Technical Support sub forums. And...
    You: I then posted about my problems there, and as yet have not received any 'support'
    You: or any acknowledgement that any one from Square Enix has even read my post.
    SEE Agent Michael: I am afraid there is not really much I can do.
    You: So essentially I am feeling there is no support for the game currently nor for players experiencing an issue?
    SEE Agent Michael: There would be ingame support, but it would take a while for bugs to be looked in to. We only handle support for the accounts here I am afraid.
    SEE Agent Michael: you could try selecting one of the other ingame options to talk to a GM

    You: Which brings me to a position where I must ask, how to go about seeking a refund for Collectors Edition on PS3, and Standard edition on PC which I bought and registered to my Square Enix account but currently are not fit for purpose.

    You: I have, and they state they are unable to accept opened software as returns

    having the same issue as you devo. Connection is fine till I get into combat. I can usually cast 1 spell then everything becomes unresposive except movemnt just to be dc'd a few moments later with a deiconnected from server message and a 90k error.
