targeting party members pets to heal on ps3

I used duty finder to do a dungeon and got thrown in to a party already in progress that only had two arcanists (3 people total). They decided to tank it using the pet but I couldn't figure out how to heal the carbuncle. If I started targeting him it would be ok but the minute I switch to heal someone else it's really hard to switch back to him. We all died. I asked but got no help so I left as I was not really helping. The dungeon was toto- rak first time.

I tried the target filters (minion) but it would not work. I wish peoples pets would show up on the party list so I can just use up/ down select and heal. Any ideas ?

Why didn't the person who used Carby heal him lol
I too have a hard time healing peoples pets though.

hmmmm.. im surprise that u could heal it at all... as far as i understand the only person able to heal the pets is its master..

No, you can heal them, just like you can heal another player's chocobo.

i stand corrected.. i found this..

i guess i cant bc i dont have filters to all.. it drive me crazy during fates... guess i can switch to all before dungeon, one of the main dps my party is an arc
