Login Screen Issue

I can't load the login screen my i have the new IE and it working fine everything seem to be ok. but i get this when i try and load it

Clear your internet explorer cookies/cache, and try lowering the security settings to medium (or wherever works for you)

Coincidentally, I hate IE9. But that's just me

I use google chrome but FFXIV log in screen works with IE so if that get mess up then FFXIV wont work sadly ; ; i wish they make login screen like FFXI.

Edit:I don't know why i did not think about cookies and setting security setting to medium i just got a window 7 update for IE9 so i guess that what happen and mess up FFXIV login screen ;;
