If a player is chosen to join, do they have to run with the FC for all raid runs or can they run with a group that they've already established themselves in?

We do not force alt raids upon anyone. It is just offered if people want to participate. What people do on their alts is their buisness.

i can bard well, t5 on farm, can do all extremes, even sold some extreme runs :P

we need tanks... 3 actually. that atleast have some exp on turn 5. and are ready to progress hardcore when 2.2 comes out. these spots are for our main raid groups that have been clearing turn 5 for 10-15 weeks.
