    Unable to loot item in CM, ID Key

    After killing the 2nd Boss in CM, none of our group were able to loot the ID key - thus unable to progress any further.

    Happened AGAIN today, key dropped in the exact same spot and unable to loot. How much more time needs to be wasted for this to be acknowledged?
