Hacked, Exploited and Banned

I got hacked and someone made a bunch of characters in my account with weird random names. Probably gold spammers. That was like one week ago. Then, Square banned my account and i lost what i paid.
Thing is i couldnt get help so i bought a new account, the one im using right now.
Anyways, its completly unfair and i would like to recover the first account i have banned to give it to my friend.
Any help? What can i do? I send a ticket but didnt actually work.

Continue to send tickets and try live chat. Nothing much else we can do, or for that matter you can do. I don't know how or why you got hacked (if thats true) but If you bought gold and got hacked as a result then it would be justified. But if you did nothing wrong it should get resolved just keep trying.

I know that it says FFXI, but it works for all things Square-Enix. I used it for password recovery for a hacked email account regarding FFXIV a couple of weeks ago.
