Sastasha opens up after you have done the envoy misson, and then have gone from there to the Drowning Wench in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks.

It is part of the main story, and you cannot unlock it until you get to that point. Speed leveling will not help.

I'm not sure what 'dp' means. You are looking for the quest that takes you to the lvl 15 dungeon Sastasha Seagrot? It's part of your story quest line, just keep doing those and it will eventually lead you to it.

I think he accidentally hit p instead of o... I just read it as 'I just 16, and I want do my 15 instance'... Which is still very bad broken english... Not sure if its ebonics or if its a crossbreed between ebonics and english.

While I agree that bashing the way someone typed something is usually not a good thing.... It's clear from some of the posts that he did not get his point across clearly. I know it took me a few reads to understand what he said.
