NPC/Zoning load times are awful

This is just about a last resort thing, I've tried Google searching the issue and trying the fixes but none of those are working, this seems like a fun game but this issue is just ridiculous:

So, the issue I'm having is that NPCs take forever to load, this really gets irritating when I'm sitting at a quest giver or a quest objective NPC and they're not there, so I have to sit there waiting anywhere from 20 seconds to a minute for them to show up, one time early on the NPC just never loading until I left and came back. This is really annoying because it really slows down the game for me, I actually usually just alt tab for a few moments because I know it's going to take awhile because every now and then I keep it up and check and it still takes awhile.

Then the zone times which aren't as big of an issue for me, because I can be patient with load screens, but those seems fairly long too when compared to my friend's load time which he says is barely a few seconds while mine is usually the time it takes for a NPC to load (20 seconds, but usually not as high as 1 minute, usually 30 seconds average).

Is there any fixes to this? This game feels fun outside of this but this is just unacceptable.

Yeah i get the exact same problem. A couple of nights ago they did a maintenance that seemed to fix the problem 100% for the rest of the night. But i woke up the next day and the same problem was coming back again. I know it's not my ISP. And i know it's not my computer. That means it's something on the server side.

If it's server side I might stick with it for awhile longer if what you say is true and a maintenance did fix it for a short while, considering I do like the game, and it seems mostly okay outside of the city, but it really started getting on my nerves with a recent quest where I had to talk to 10 different people and I had to wait for each one to load since they were in different spots.

It also doesn't help when 500 people in one smallish zone grind fates either. No amount of server maintenance will fix this. The population will have to drop considerably or...god forbid...they will need to set up instances

I'd honestly prefer it if there was some kind of system in place to fix this, I wouldn't really care what, if your servers can't handle so many people that your NPCs start to not load then I think it's time to break it into instances.

It happens to me on PS3. I can walk into a room where a know NPCs are, and the room will be empty. Takes about 20-30+ seconds for them to show up, then player characters will slowly start appearing. It's really frustrating when you are looking for a specific NPC for the first time.

I never had these problems during the closed BETA, which makes me think it's caused by SE's servers not being able to handle the player load.
