Cage Feeder Bait

I'm not sure if this is working as intended, but there's two baits, Steel Cage Feeder and Krill Cage Feeder, that have the prices of lures but only have single use. These baits are not cost effective at all to use as they currently are. Can these either be converted to a lure or have their vendor price adjusted for a bait for their level range?

My biggest problem is with the Steel Cage Feeder. Right now it's the only saltwater specific bait between the level 20-30 gap, but at 300 gil per, it's cost prohibitive for a new character to use these.

yea bought a krill cage feeder and assumed it was a lure.... apparently ITS NOT! 450 gil gone

I submitted an ingame ticket for Krill Cage Feeder. I'm fairly positive they screwed up and added an extra zero.

Yeah I remember it being a lure too, the price is ridiculous!

Even if its bait now, it should be priced in a similar range as live bait. One weird thing is that in 1.0 cage feeders were CRAFTED but there is no recipe for Krill Cage Feeders. So if you want some, my best advice is to head to the AH. People levelling fishing often put the stack of 99 they get in the fishing story up for sale.

Same, would really like fixed. Interesting to note: The cage feeders have a "lure" style ocean animation when casting with them, are priced as thought they were lures of that level, as was already said; were lures in 1.0, and a "cage feeder" would be rather large and thus would much more likely be a lure and not bait.
Someone has reported this and gotten a response from a mod, but who knows if and when it will ever be fixed.
