    No valid or active service account is available !!

    ok im a 1.0 player and i used my existing account to play the new version ..if imnot mistaken it's been a week ..i played 3 times and last time was last night .... now tried to get into the game and got this massage

    This is the you need to pay your bill or update your payment method notice. If you have recurring billing on the same credit card, make sure it is working. If you use crysta, you need to add the crysta to your account and choose the subscription type/veteran's rewards tier after purchasing it. Use Mog Station. MERELY HAVING CRYSTA DOES NOT WORK IF U DO NOT ADD IT.

    same problem here, although i owned 1.0 i bought a new copy for ARR and use my early acess code on my apparently old account, problem is i cant apply my game code to the account hence cant get my 30 days free..

    For 1.0 PC version players you couldn't get the 30 days unless you attached the PS3 version to your existing account.
    You could upgrade from ver 1.0 standard to CE but that still didn't give you the 30 days.
    Only way to add additional 30 days is to add the PS3 version, OR start a brand new account registering the PC (dunno why you would do that, but just throwing it in there.)

    Also noticed others getting this same error as OP is due to payment method not being updated, you should login to mogstation and confirm your billing address, credit card is up to date, make sure there is enough crysta etc.

    If you're one of those unfortunate ones getting the 401 and I think was 601? Some are saying to try adding crysta using the game cards but also noticed some saying that method not working for them, so they are on hold currently waiting in line to get a hold of Customer Service. Some waiting long time already and when it was there turn getting error message saying "there is no agent available at this time, please send e-mail"...

    While i understand what your saying, i was unaware that 1.0 users got acess to the early acess, so i pre ordered and bought another copy of the game, however i used my early acces/beta acess keys on old account, so that is where my lvl 50 from the new servers currently is, the free time has expired on that account and i have now a seconday account ( which i obviously dont need) ..... also i cannot access mog station on my old account even though it has 7 characters on it their system says i have none and auto logs me out >.<

    It is not a billing issue, i got a CC to work and re subbed, it said sucessfull , i went to log into that service account, same error, its an error saying your game isnt registered even though it is.. it only sprung up when the free time for 1.0 version ran out > but subscribing didnt fix it 1 bit, on my account management pages teh sub i just paid for scuessfully is not showing, says i have 0 subscriptions and they took my money..

    Exact same thing as happened to me.. I had 1.0 but bought ARR on the same account. I dont know why I shuoldnt get access to the free month if I bought the game AGAIN. Now I can't play and can't get assistance. I don't want to put in more game time because everyone tells me that it's bugged.

    As far as the free 30 days goes, it has been clearly stated both by the Community and by SE that it is for NEW ACCOUNTS only. Your 1.0 legacy account is not a New Account and therefore not eligible for the extra 30 days.

    what hes saying is, even re subbing does nuthing > all my chars still dont show up in lodestone either, literally not 1 of them across 2 service accounts lol.
