Game crashing all day

Hasn't happened before but today the game disconnects every 15 minutes..pathetic. Will this game ever work as paid for.

oK..IT IS NOW Monday..DO WE HAVE tECH SUPPORT ANYHWHERE? Or should we post in a different language? Cause I don'
t see any help anywhere here?

Been happening to me today. Only when I get into combat. It gives me a server disconnected message and a 9000 error. Restarted Pc and Router as well as checked my ping. Does it with firewall turned on or off. Everything on system is up to date.
