FF14 ARR Xbox360 Controller Configuring Help?

Ok I don't know if I'm posting in the right area, but I do need tech support I guess

So I have a xbox360 wireless controller, which works like a charm. FF14 reads the controller, however It's not reading my keybinds.

Here is how my controls our set up. If I press the right stick up, my cam moves down (I managed to changed this by changing the axis) If I move left on the right stick it goes right, if I move down on the right stick it goes left. if I move up to the left on the right stick, it goes down. Point is it's all screwed up. So I was forced to use the directional pad on the keyboard to change my cam and controller to move which works wonders but hard to do and pointless. So I headed over to keybinds and I decided to change my setting. If I change the buttons like (x) to spacebar (jump) it wouldn't work, why you may ask? Because for some reason the system is looking at the default settings (the config page when you first load the game up) And that is set to (Y). So Idk if their is some way to make it read my keybinds and not read the default settings that I have? But if I were able to change my keybinds then I would be able to fix my controls.

Also If I move up on the left stick it doesn't move up, I only can move right,left and down with left stick. If I press (rb) and then move up with left stick it will run and I'm able to steer. So I need help badly.

Hmmm might be how I'm installing my controller or the install it self. It works on my other laptop.
