I use the DF a lot, and I get more good groups than bad. Probably 90%/10% good/bad. I think that ppl that are constantly in bad groups are most likely part of what made that group bad in the first place.

90 minute penalty would be absurd. I'd like to be able to leave a dungeon when my other members are complete failures who can't even get 20 percent of the boss down before wiping 5 times and not have to wait an hour and a half to reque. Instead they should do incentive like things to get more tanks in que.
In progress duty parties should get priority by the duty finder for finding replacements. I think other games do it like that.

As a person who doesn't wanna waste his time in a dungeon wiping over and over because some are not able to use situational awareness to not screw up, I do understand players who just leave. It's not my fault that I'm a dedicated Tank and Healer and I can also DPS...if I wanna run a Dungeon in DF...which happens rarely anyway...and the group sucks big time, wiping to the same boss 20 times...I'm sorry...I got better ways of wasting my time...like watching the DF clock go up...
If a group wipes because a mistake was made...that's no biggie...but you can easily tell if people did just a mistake, or if they are just nuable to play...and in the second situation...I'm not gonna use my time to play, to teach someone else how to play...sorry...
People ask for tolerance towards people who don't know fights etc. pp which is no problem...but the same people need to show some tolerance towards those who do not wanna waste their time playing. Cause believe it or not...they paid for this game too and it's their time and they can do whatever they want with it.
If someone leaves because you just wiped 10 times on a boss...sorry...you complain that you have to wait another 40minutes in DF queue to try again...the group just wasted that persons time by wiping over and over...there are 2 sides to this coin, but people only see their side...this is why the community seems to suck...everybody only cares about themselves and that's just sad.

If the timer is 90 minutes then it will become a more viable option for the troll to wait until another player leaves the dungeon as a result of their trolling, or simply not fulfill their role for the remainder of the dungeon and get a further kick out of annoying the party. This is because 90 minutes is equal to or longer than most dungeons. Additionally, there are legitimate reasons for why a player might want to leave a dungeon early.
A kick system will be abused and is also not a viable option, we do not want to give more tools to the trolls.
Square Enix need to change their policies and start taking firm action against reported players who are found to be obstructing dungeons. Perhaps by introducing a three-strike system with different levels of punishment, the last being a permanent ban. This way, the community will clean itself up over time.

Really? You're against a kick feature, but suggesting a perma-ban?
Had an instance of this today. Queued up as a healer for 20 mins for a dungeon, got into the one with the gobbers that need rescuing. First sign of problems was when the tank was taking a LOT of damage from mobs, more than I've ever seen. We get to the first boss, each hit was taking anywhere from 25% to 75% of his health and I was burning through mana to heal like crazy. Eventually we wipe and the tank quits. I've seen some tanks behave exactly like tanks in Tera online, i.e. quit if they don't like something, make demands like 'I get all the loot drops that are not class specific,' and even had one person demand a mage gets kicked because he didn't want 3 casters in the party.
Hope this doesn't stay an issue as it was the main reason I left Tera Online, the few snob tanks utterly ruining the fun for everyone.
75% of pug dps are so bad they can't even attack a marked target. if you think people are gonna hang around and deal with that you're crazy. dps are dime a dozen anyway, which is why i chose a tank class.
