    Major Issues So Far.....

    This is getting old extremely fast. I have tried sending in several tickets for different issues and nothing has been resolved. First of all, I have NOT received my legacy items.... I have no idea why but they will not come through. Secondly, when I try and pay for my subscription it makes me pay the full 14.99 instead of the legacy amount...... Lastly, NOBODY will answer any of my tickets..... What is going on? Is anyone else having these issues?

    Does anyone have the SE phone number? I will wait on hold all day if it takes that to get some answers.

    So the forums are as useless as the support center? This is insane. I want to enjoy this game and I can't because of how horrible the support is. The issue with the support is that there is NONE! Come on guys get it together.

    I hate to ask the stupid question but are you sure you are legacy and not just 1.0? Apparently SE doesn't think you are given they want to charge you the regular rate and haven't sent you legacy items.

    Yes lol of course it was. I bought the CE the day it came out for PC...... I actually paid for 1.0 for 6 months before the servers shut down. There is no confusion about the state of my account in terms of being a legacy account. The confusion is that for some messed up reason SE thinks I have two accounts..... when I have never owned two accounts. The only cd key I own is for my CE......and for some broken reason that key is on a different account that I have NEVER used.....Account number two is the account with all of my level 50 jobs and the legacy status..... this entire situation is a mess. On top of that.... when I tried to pay for my sub fee of 9.99 they charged me 12.99 on THE WRONG ACCOUNT. So I just paid for 2 accounts and one of them I have never used.... This is a joke and I want help with this immediately or I will just cancel the entire game. I don't have time to deal with this for hours.... I just want to log into my LEGACY account and play the game..... I want my LEGACY items as well because ummmm I AM A LEGACY PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
