Basically asking is a service like lowerping allowed in ARR? I play from Australia, its impossible to avoid aoe attacks, i can be 90deg from the circle and still be hit.
I trialed lowerping, and it works amazingly well.

VPN is not against their TOS and is just an "internet" or "network" related tool as this doesn't alter the way their client or data works. Most players who've had issues with constant disconnects have reported success when using VPN. I think the servers in Canada are either engaged in some kind of IP filtering and/or blocking that has an unfortunate effect on legitimate connections originating from a foreign country (Yes, the USA is a foreign country to citizens in Canada)
I'm in NZ, my experience with AoE isn't that bad or much to notice at all. It boiled down to reflex and how soon you want to react or waiting for that spell to finish conjuring... Usually it is my greed to wait for the spell to get as far before I move or react.
Very happy that u can experience game play like this, I however do not have this experience, I have been hit by aoe attack while i was miles away and still moving away. Im reporting my experience during game play, with lowerping im actually able to get clear of aoe, even standing on the very edge of the circles, its quite amazing compared to before. I just dont get why people have to regale others with there "perfect" experiences when its obvious the person "complaining" isnt so blessed.
Besides I wanted to know if im likely to get flagged an IP originating from the usa (NA) when i clearl;y have an EU account, im not sure if lowerping passes on my actual IP adress
thankyou, I heard something along the lines of this too some ISP's are mistaking ARR traffic for p2p traffic and filtering it.VPN is not against their TOS and is just an "internet" or "network" related tool as this doesn't alter the way their client or data works.
