Bougth crysta with ultimate pay but there is no crysta on my acc.

Hi i was wondering if it takes time to show the crysta on my account.

Here's what i did.
i selected add crysta points
Selected quantity
selected ultimate pay
selected a payment method from ultimate pay
payment went fine
BUT i don't see any crysta points on my balance

Anyone with the same problem?

What payment method did you select from Ultimate Pay?

I've seen one similar, very disturbing, report from another player on these forums.

Did the funds leave your bank account?

i used a payment called todito cash,
I called "todito cash"(with todito you make a deposit on a drug store or buy a prepaid card, they are safe to use in mexico ) and they told me that Ultimate pay (paytoplay) already received the payment(i can see that on the todito cash account)
Maybe it takes time for Ultimate pay to process this type of payment?
I would call them but i cant find a phone number.
LOL all this because Square enix woudn't take my CC (i'm an american citizen living in mexico and my CC is american)

Using Ultimate Pay through Paypal and having them draw the funds directly from my bank account I found that the Crysta was applied to my account immediately.
I'm not sure if there's some delay when you use Todito Cash, but if Ultimate Pay received the funds then they should have applied the Crysta right away...
I'd give it a day, then start looking for some way to contact them to see what's going on if the Crysta is still not applied.

check your emails. You should get one from Ultimate Pay for the purchase, then another from SE when the Crysta was added. SE has started sticking [Square Enix Account] at the front of their headers, so it should be easy to spot. The ultimate pay one may be easy to miss though. Make sure to double check your spam folders too.

Who knows... they could have done something funky like sending you an Ulitmate Pay code you have to key in to add the Crysta. That's how I've been doing it--just buy the cards locally (have a CVS across the street, easy access), and just adding the codes via the Ultimate Pay/UGC code option.
