I'm willing to do it for free. I don't need to ban them. Just give me the possibility to shut them up until a GM can complete the investigation. And if I abused my power then you can punish me.

I don't get why this is so difficult for SE? Do they have zero tools to sort this?
Have several monitors in the GM office that shows the shouts of every world server, when they spot an RMT shout they just type the name into their account controls, click the ban button. It should be as simple as this and it should work as instantly as this.
There is no excuse for it to take so long and all these comments say "We're banning them asap!" "we're trying to get them at the filter level" is just a bunch of nonsense. No investigation is required, if someone is spamming in shout they sell gil, its a complete TOS violation, regardless of whether its someone trolling or not ban them anyway.
Yeah... nothing could ever go wrong with this one right guys? You should also consider that SE doesn't "Accidentally" ban people.
You take name exact, or allow GMs to see the character ID and you type that so you get an exact match and you can see ID matches name that is shouting and see their history of shouts and see its Gil.
Many many ways to avoid mistakes. But of course SE would rather be relaxed.
we need Ghostbusters
You know, a report system could not only rely on GM activity, it could work like some forums do with the +1 and -1 buttons, when a post gets too many -1 (30 in case of forums) the post gets automatically hidden.
It could be something like that but to block RMTs, if a character gets 100~ reports between x hours the account would get locked. Yes I know this could be abused yet players who use the report system could be logged if it was an abuse report to lock someone out for no reason (some people love doing It "for the Lolz") then the player could send a ticket to clarify it, if it was a troll abuse of the report system then the GM would have the names of the players who did it and punish them accordingly.
Just an idea.

Over the last 5 days i repeatly reported the same botters. Nothing happeened.
So i went out , cheecked what they kill, did some overpulling and killed the bots...over and over again.
Sadly, the one bot is a tank and moved to a place with low farming value, but i cant kill him anymore. Still 24/7 will make him rich eventually.
The otheer one is a CNJ,, easy to kill. Sadly that one actually plays in awake hourss and will eventually outleveel me.
So yea, there is a way for players to do something.
