Doesn't matter if you can find the post or not, it's categorically false. The game does not behave that way, no matter what a Dev may or may not have said. Ticks generate aggro when they happen, for both damage and heals. Anything that claims otherwise is incorrect.I am not using a parser. I've hunted for the link but failed to find it. It was stated by the dev team that any over time skills generate all enmity at the time of cast and not over the duration. I feel bad that I can't find the statement anywhere. Maybe I misread it in part as they were having a conversation on healing specifically. So maybe it only applies to heals over time. I'll keep hunting.
