    You must be unaware that this is a 3-year-old game that has been re-released, with the motivation from SE being that they fucked up the first time. This MMO is not a baby. It's had more development time put into it than, perhaps, any other MMO to date. Well, unfortunately they're seeming to have failed with the salvage of the game even after 3 years of trying. They've been unresponsive and unimpressive in their service. The game is fine, but right now we don't have, "the game" to play. About another day of this issue remaining and I'll reach the end of my interest in playing.

    What is this, day 5 now? Since progression is pretty much stopped at this point I find the lack of response completely unprofessional.
    I'm not one to complain and will put up with a lot, but at this point I am going to lose a week worth of play time I paid for...

    Their customer support is the worst by a long shot.

    Nice blog post. I also decided to submit a Customer Service - Bug Report by Email over here: http://support.na.square-enix.com/co...382&la=1&fty=1

    This is in addition to the in-game Bug that I already submitted via the Help Desk feature. I recommend that you all do the same. We need to get some attention on this issue!

    Although I am on another server, I have been following both Ultros threads about this issue and the lack of response. (other thread on Ultros' Francel is here: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...the-Enterprise and 4 pages long) It is really pathetic that they cannot respond after nearly a week. The TGS doesn't matter, they did not have every programmer at the show. Everyday I check these forums to see what bugs are going on and how the CS responds to them. This one is one of the most appalling to not even get a response.

    Although I am logged into the forums, logging into the Lodestone gives me an error or I would have responded to your blog as well. I feel for you Ultros, and I have noticed Excalibur is starting to have the same issue of unresponsive NPCs. The issue is spreading as some have predicted. Some of us are paying subs now, this isn't a F2P game. CS & responsiveness to game breaking issues should be acknowledged and fixed in a timely manner. Ignoring your customers and the problem means you keep the problem, but the customer goes away. PLEASE FIX IT SE!
