Although I am on another server, I have been following both Ultros threads about this issue and the lack of response. (other thread on Ultros' Francel is here: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...the-Enterprise and 4 pages long) It is really pathetic that they cannot respond after nearly a week. The TGS doesn't matter, they did not have every programmer at the show. Everyday I check these forums to see what bugs are going on and how the CS responds to them. This one is one of the most appalling to not even get a response.

Although I am logged into the forums, logging into the Lodestone gives me an error or I would have responded to your blog as well. I feel for you Ultros, and I have noticed Excalibur is starting to have the same issue of unresponsive NPCs. The issue is spreading as some have predicted. Some of us are paying subs now, this isn't a F2P game. CS & responsiveness to game breaking issues should be acknowledged and fixed in a timely manner. Ignoring your customers and the problem means you keep the problem, but the customer goes away. PLEASE FIX IT SE!
