NPC Unresponsive- Francel

i know alot of people have sent bug reports out but with TGS going on they most likely have not looked at the reports yet which i kinda understand to a point TGS is a very big thing for SE but they should not just forsake their players and at the very least say hey we know there is something wrong we will have it fixed in a few days . this is normal for an mmo as big as this we are not even a month old people things happen and get fixed kinda slow in the start if you are getting made over it not being fixed super fast you have clearly not played many mmos . and being that this all happened on a friday or weekend for most people and has been 3 or 4 days now SE could always do what they did last time heres a free week enjoy sorry for the mess up . every one just has to remember this mmo is still a baby and it will have stuff go wrong for awhile best thing to do is just ride it out if you love the game if not go back to wow or something to pass the time

This bug is gamebreaking in the purest sense of the word. Something that effectively halts someone's main quest progression is not "normal" MMO development procedure by any stretch of the imagination. Maybe if we were playing Hellgate London ~6 years ago it would be, but we're not.

It needs to be fixed as soon as possible. There are no excuses to be had here when people literally cannot advance.

The lack of response to such a game halting glitch is what annoys me more than the actual glitch. If this were some nonessential side quest, I could perhaps understand the indifference. This isn't. This is a story halting glitch that won't allow us to advance in a game we could potentially be paying a subscription to. This lack of acknowledgement by Squeenix is unacceptable.

Maybe if all us who can't do this quest all meet up at once in Francel's room, it will crash the server, and the subsequent reboot will fix the issue.

Schedule a time. If I can make it, I'll make it.

On another note, I've just been fate grinding on my Conjurer since I couldn't finish story line at lv.38. Ended up hitting Lv.42, and decided to check for Hunting Log. Could not complete Hunting Log entry Conjurer 42 due to the need of two mobs that are only found in The Isles of Umbra, which is unlocked to the player sometime after the Lv.38 Main Quest. So, I can't even complete my class if I wanted to as long as the bug persists. I've heard there's at another class with the same issue.

Same issue, Francel is unresponsive in Coerthas on Ultros world. This is getting a bit ridiculous that there is a game breaking bug that has gone this long without being addressed in any way.
