Blist filter overwhelmed?

Over the last 5 mins, I've seen RMT several shouts and when I go to blist them, it turns out they're already on my blist. Looks like it's starting to overwhelm the blist. Someone in one of my LS's thinks they might be sending double spam so close together that one will get through some of the time.


I'm at 69/200 blists D:

edit: yep I'm getting doublespammed and sometimes it overwhelms the blist filter and it gets through.

I don't like where this is going, they spam to a point whenever I'm in Town I can't even ignored them. There is no limit to Characters in Chat, and no time limit between the shout. I don't know why SE doesn't limit the Shout Chat. Even put a time limit between Shout would help a lot already. Then just Banned their shout privilege for x amount of hours if they spam too fast in a short period of time.

I never seen spam this bad in any MMORPG before beside FFXIV Realm Reborn.
