    [HELP]Levequest Fisherman lv15+

    Im trying to find a guide where are the npc with this lv levequest, but all i can find are really old, for example "Lv 15 Aleport" and the NPC Doesnt have any Leavequest.
    If somebody can pass me a guide plz =3

    If you have the majority of leve areas unlocked, you can collect the leves from the main city and they'll tell you exactly which area to go to.
