Launcher error: -2147467260

I hade this error way back when the game launched and after i did some research i found that FFXIV _BOOT need to be changed in the line "B4EulaAgreement from 0 to 1"

The problem have come back today.After i introduce my id and game log in i got this
-2147467260 error in the launcher.

It have to do something with my internet explorer witch i dont use and is not updated.I use mozilla or chrome.I cant update my IE becouse of some errors i got when i trie to do it.

Can the launcher be set on mozilla firefox?and not internet explorer?

Or anyone have some fix for this -2147467260 error i have?

i have the same problem last 5 hours till now cant log in after i put my password and click play and the error always shows up. i have the same thought it might be on internet explorer cause it wont show the picture on the launcher. HELP btw i tried reinstall net restarting restart pc all of them wont work. Any idea ?

Hey i found the fix i just update the internet explorer to 8 and get me through.

Yea well...i cant update my internet explorer lol...
If any uther sugestions i will much apreciated.If not...i am kinde of sick of all this errors!
So they decided to use some pop up news after u hit play insted of opening the game after i hit play buton.

So till some fix come i will not be able to play...But when my subscription will run out they cut me the second it does...not wait another day or 2.

im no expert but is there a way to downgrade the internet explorer then make it back again or somekind of reinstall might be fix it.
