Apparently the devs reported it was ready before launch, just wasn't implimented yet. Not sure why they wouldn't put it in if it was ready. Not sure why they're even design some of the armour styles. Like PLD/WAR DL is one of the ugliest armours i have ever seen in any game... Like ever! I know a few people like it(idk why), but i think the bulk of people feel it's very ugly as well.

Vanity slots should have been available from release. Signed!

Why are you trying to act like MMORPGs are anything but a fashion parade? Saying "purely cosmetic" features shouldn't be added ASAP is ridiculous. You spend most of your time in the game just staring at your character while waiting for other things to do/groups assemble/etc, and then you still get to stare at your character even when you ARE doing stuff. If you don't like the way your character looks, it's pretty game breaking.
