Thread: Petition for Vanity Slots to be released in 2.1 Patch!

Seriously, people that talk about breaking immersion tick me off.

I'm a PLD and I'm wearing a bloody clown costume. I have myth chest (blue), DL gloves (black), crafted legs (white), I look ridiculous. That isn't immersive at all, looking at my character makes me want to quit. I only stay because of my FC at this point.

Having a vanity slot would improve this game immensely. "clown costume" was a term used in world of warcraft like 10 years ago. Get with the times SE, this is ludicrous.

Updated! And honestly, as the OP, I feel they might not put it in 2.1 and might have a patch between 2.1 and 2.2 at best. I guess it's better than waiting 5-6 more months after 2.1.. but still. :/

When I signed we already had the official statement that it wouldn't be in for 2.1, I figured the focus of the thread shifted towards showing them that we want the system asap then.
There's little chance we get the system with 2.1 at this point, aye, but we can still make a difference as to when we're getting it.
I'd be more than happy if we got it in an intermediate patch between 2.1 and 2.2 as opposed to waiting another 7 months.

So yeah, keep signing away folks!

I still don't understand why, if it's *finished* they aren't going to be implementing it. It makes no sense.

I don't want to have to wait until 2.2 6 months down the road. It feels like capcom DLC all over again. "Yes, we have this content! No, you many not have it".

How about before the patch. Don't they already have the system in place, and just need to activate it? It doesn't take much to implement anyway. This whole "let them wait another two months for everything" is an infuriating method of game management.
