I registered my game code to the wrong service account (I accidentally made a new service account instead of adding it to the one I had during pre-release). I sent in an email on the support website and got my ticket, as well as the email that said they'd get back to me in 2 business days.

It's been 3 weeks since then, and still no response. I check my spam folder, so I'm not misplacing their email. After waiting 2 weeks, I sent in another ticket, but nothing still.

Does it matter that I have a Lv. 1 character on my accidentally made account? He's just sitting there, and I haven't logged in the game for almost 3 weeks now.
I don't want to get a response much longer, nor do I want to replay the progress I made in my inactive account from pre-release.
