Mammets on Fire level 35 goldsmith quest, no item completion checkmark in the journal

This is a really minor bug, on the level of a typo, but I guess I'll submit it anyway. Usually when you complete an item for a quest a 1/1 would "ding" in the journal and an objective fulfilled message will appear. This did not happen for the level 35 goldsmith quest "Mammets on Fire" when I crafted a Fire Brand HQ. Everything else works, just no "ding" or "objective fulfilled" message. I did not have another Fire Brand NQ or HQ in my inventory.

Steps:
1) Had "Mammets on Fire" quest active in journal
2) Crafted a HQ fire brand
3) Did not see the usual 1/1 completed or ding sound and message "objective fulfilled"
4) Was still able to hand in item and complete quest.
