Good server for new people?

basically started this game last week. I started in Gilgamesh (sounds cool) but I feel like im far away to those who started teh game on launch date. I already seen a lot of level 50 w/ a giant robotic(ish) mount already. As a starter (& a casual player) I think it's hard to blend in to an established community & economy. Im also laggy & DC a lot on very crowded places like on guild houses. Queue waiting time to get in is annoying as well.

There's also the fact that they plan on doing world transfers at some point! You can transfer whoever you have on Gilgamesh to the new server when you are able c:

Any of them. Really, it's a brand new game, yes your gonna get the douches who level to cap really quickly, and dis on everyone else for being new. But the sad thing is, everyone is new. Every server is new *some more than others but the game just came out man*. Really, there is no telling yet.

During Early Access I wanted to join a buddy who was on Ifrit because he is a legacy player with a toon over there. Well, I couldn't roll a toon there. So we both went over to Lamia, a then-new server. We've been happy there. We soon created a Free Company called Death Corps (aka DEATH).

Sure the gil-seller spam is a pain in the butt, but that's everywhere.

Out of curiosity, I have rolled a toon on Exodus and Mateus.

Judging by the conversations I've seen on Gen Chat, I think that all three communities are pretty much the same. And, yes, the gil-sellers and farming bots are just as ubiquitous and obnoxious on all three servers.

So..., pick any open server that strikes your fancy and roll a toon. (Make it a CNJ since every server needs healers. )

We have plenty of healers, the main wait in DF is Tanks.
