Lag making this unplayable for group content

I sit constantly between 2000 and 8000 in game. Almost never going below 2000.

I dont have any problems with my internet, as i can play many other MMO's without trouble or high pings.

It is just this particular game i have tremendous difficulty with. If i manually ping the data centers, from Australia, i get 150 for Japan and 250 for the ones in America. Tracing the route proves no hindrances or problems either.

If there is any kind of aoe damage zone, avoiding it is almost impossible if it gets placed upon my character.

The only way to not get hit by aoe with this kind of lag is to simply not have it land on me. It does not matter how quickly i get out of it, it will hit me regardless. I can move behind the casting enemy or even on the other side of the room when it is cast - i still get hit. I can be nowhere near the zone by the time it finishes casting and i still cop the full brunt.

I know for a fact that this is not a problem with my internet or connection as i can flawless log into games like Aion, Rift, WoW, Tera and other kinds of multiplayer games with servers all in the exact same countries.

No matter what server i create a character on, the lag is still there. Just in different amounts.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
