    Having the same issue. Happening at least once every hour. Completely an SE issue. I have someone else playing on the same connection as me and hasn't been 90k'ed once.

    By "same connection as me-" do you mean someone on the same line in the same building, or someone with the same Internet service provider?

    I hate to say it, but the same ISP will provide different service to different buildings for whatever reason (cables, service plan, monthly data quota, etc.), so it could be an ISP or router issue still.

    Although I do agree, it is more than likely an SE issue...
