    Here is what I did to get my subscription going (My account is based in the U.S. but currently in the Middle East, that's why they think that someone has hacked into my account when I try to renew with my Debit/credit card):

    1. Tried to purchase straight with my CC/Debit card through SE, no dice, error 601
    2. Tried purchasing Crysta using CC/Debit card, another error (401 this time)
    3. Purchased 2 $20 UGC from Walmart.com (Newegg, EB Games, and GameStop sells them too) and received pins through my email
    4. Tried inputting the pins using Ultimate Pay through the MogStation for Crysta and still declined!
    5. Contacted Ultimate Pay customer Support via email, they verified that the pins were legit and they manually loaded the amount (Crysta) onto my account
    6. Went back to Mog Station and paid my subscription using the Crystas that were just loaded

    This might not work for you if you're in a different region but NA and SA, this should work since the UGC codes are delivered to you using your email address. Hope this helps!
