I agree with the chocobo deal. The fact that I can't level my chocobo while waiting for a Duty is ridiculous.

Yep, also the fact that I can't turn minions off entirely sucks. I don't mean their names, I want them all gone from my screen. I don't care about your pointer, your baby eye, you demon brick, you baby behemoth, and all that other crap.

Organized and constructive. I dislike complainers but at least this is reasonable and such. I also have the same problems, no AoE for this Paladin here.. except one on cooldown.. for 25 seconds. 25 SECONDS.

While I agree with some, I don't agree with all. I play on the PS3 and am Happy I get to play this game. I'll eventually move to PS4 and continue there. I use ALT+R to reply to messages. But most commands have an Alt and a Ctrl funtion. Don't forget the Archers/Bards also have an AoE they spam too, only the THM/BLM really have AoE DMG. I've not run into too many jerks when it comes to Parties in dungeons, only the few that tell me to macro my pet commands. >_> If they have a way to do self macros, I'd be glad to learn, but nothing to my knowledge on that.

Maybe I should have elaborated more on the PS3<->PC issue, but it was still TL;DR for some:
I would *like* for an option to play on a server that is PC-only, if I desire. I know, I know, this would probably deteriorate the health of the game in the long run, but there's always the chance it doesn't, if implemented correctly. I just don't think that in today's technological age we should be making sacrifices for cross-platform play because it turns people off quickly when they tire of all the waiting, loading, instancing, extra menus, dialogues, etc that allow lesser-capable platforms to play with them.

#1 Valid concern I think.
#2 Why would you be in your inn room except to log out?
#3 This tells me you've put little to no effort yourself into addressing any of your concerns. If you already have to remap keys because you're left handed... why are you complaining about the default setting???
#4 Zoning doesn't feel excessive,at least to me and load times are very short... perhaps your computer needs some help?
#5 I like the isolation the retainers provide, and the large amounts of storage. The menu's could be faster yes but it's not like it takes more than a few seconds to get at what you need.
#6 Yes animation lock is annoying but perhaps that's working as intended? It might be something they've balanced into combat design. (Just a theory)
#7 Fate credit is an issue but I think that has more to do with the number of people participating and the lack of scaling than aoe vs non aoe.
#8 1 gil loot is ridiculous but Yoshi P has already said that gil from dungeons would be increased. (I found it in Reinhart's thread)
#9 This has more to do with the community, tanks are having to wait too... with the reserving instance issue we sit just as long as dps do.
#10 I don't see this happening as it would ruin lore, but more diversity than just fates and dungeons are definitely needed for those who want it.

When you login, you zone into your inn room. You then must zone out of your inn room into a very long load time due to hundreds of people standing around. And THEN you can teleport to wherever you want. Why can't I just use teleport/return from inside the inn room, instead of having to zone out of the inn room, into a heavily-populated area, to be able to go to where you want to go.
You didn't read clear enough to understand it...uh, clearly. When you're old and crusty, you tend to do what you're used to doing and changing something to do the exact same thing doesn't come easy. Pressing "R" is not allowed. It must be a two-key press. That is the concern.#3 This tells me you've put little to no effort yourself into addressing any of your concerns. If you already have to remap keys because you're left handed... why are you complaining about the default setting???
Maybe to you. Maybe it's your server, less pop in certain areas? I don't know. In our cities on our server, multiple zoning gets old fast.#4 Zoning doesn't feel excessive,at least to me and load times are very short... perhaps your computer needs some help?
Actually, I've sat here in a 3-hour period and watched the group numbers in DF while waiting for HM Garuda. 4/4 DPS the entire time, and every 5-10 minutes a healer or tank will add to the list, then a minute or two later they drop back to zero. It does this repeatedly, over and over for an hour or so, until finally we get lucky enough that TWO tanks and TWO healers get into our group all in the same 10 minute period, and THEN we get "Reserving Instance", and wait. I don't think you're seeing the same thing I'm seeing, or understanding it. But it's pretty clear what's going on. While our group is still waiting to fill up before an instance gets reserved for us, a tank or healer will get added to it, then they get added to another group that's nearly full, too, and dropped from ours.#9 This has more to do with the community, tanks are having to wait too... with the reserving instance issue we sit just as long as dps do.

Please don't conflate the sacrifices they made for PS3, with servers zones. Because they are completely different issues. They didn't sacrifice on server capacity because of PS3 limitations, that wouldn't make any sense. The reason for it is because of server load, and has nothing to do with PS3, and isolating PC users from PS3 users would be a very bad thing, without actually changing the zoning structure. The servers are designed to handle max capacity where everyone is distributed evenly throughout the zones, because each zone is its own server. The cities are especially fragmented because they have to handle more people at the same time. You have to expect as many people, if not more, in one of the two city zones, as in one of the larger world zones. The only solution for this would be to have insanely scaled server clusters to handle an entire world at the same time, and again, this has nothing to do with PS3 limitations, but with server limitations. uhm.. that came out too long and confusing probably....but anyway...
Also, I think the retainer is to solve the problem of having to stay online to sell stuff, and I prefer it that way. I do agree on the chocobo thing that is just annoying.
The reserving instance thing is because of server limitations as well, combined with excessive re-runs. Again, each instance server was designed to handle only so many people. But if everybody keeps running the same dungeon over and over again, then the server is going to lock you out. This is akin to being stuck in a queue at login. (Better than a new 1017.. dungeon is full I guess.)
